This tool allows you to use _any_ kernel with SystemImager.  Requires a
3.1.8 or higher SystemImager server install (may work with 3.0.x -- dunno).

Download, then do a:

	chmod +x mkbootpackage
	./mkbootpackage --help

This, or something similar, may become part of the standard release soon.
